We clearly note the condition of each product on the product page. Below is the guide to understand more about what each condition means -

A.Brand New - Product hasn’t been opened, packaging intact

B.Excellent - Very gently used product, no faults 

C.Very Good - Regular wear and tear on the product but no faults, fully functional

D.Good - Fairly used with some wear and tear

We encourage you to place an order of AED 150 and above to qualify for free delivery! If you wish to buy below that, delivery charges will be AED 15 per order.

Yes, we deliver across the UAE.

You can expect to receive your delivery within 2 working days of placing your order.

We understand that sometimes you may not like the product you get. 

We will accept returns for items priced at AED 75 or above upto 3 days from delivery if your item doesn’t match the website description. For other items, we encourage you to consider selling your item back to us for store credit.

We don’t have live tracking of your orders at the moment. If you have any questions about the delivery of your order or you believe you have missed the delivery please email us at info@myecosouk.com and we will respond to you within 24 hours.

Thank you for your interest in decluttering your items at My Eco Souk. In exchange for

your items, we provide you with a gift certificate for AED10 for our online store. We can

arrange a free pickup of your items depending on the number of items and your location. 

Currently we accept Toys and Books.Toys are the backbone of a plastic heavy industry that generates a large amount of waste. Kids often outgrow them rather fast, leaving perfectly good toys to be thrown away. When in reality, they can be passed around and used for a rather long time given the longevity of plastic. Books too can be read and shared with those who have a passion for stories.
