Shipping and Delivery

We provide free delivery across the UAE for a minimum order amount of AED 150.Any orders that amount to less than AED 150 will be charged AED 15 shipping cost. All orders placed before 2 pm will be delivered within the next 48 hours.

 Returns 

Preloved - If you find a preloved item that is not in working condition or happens to have a particular defect, we request you to let us know within 7 days of the delivery so that we can verify the situation and retrieve the item timely.

New - If you wish to return a brand new item that you purchased from us then we will refund the money and retrieve the item however, the shipping cost and finance charges of AED 25 will have to be covered by the customer. Also we request you to let us know within 7 days of the delivery.
